Thank you for shopping at Dealoasis. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Cyprus: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Dealoasis is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at georgekonstantinou@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
